Dubrovnik might steal the spotlight, but Šibenik? It's so underrated. Šibenik boasts a thriving food scene, with fresh seafood and local wines that rival its more famous neighbors. Plus, it's the ideal base for a boat trip through Krka National Park, where you can swim under waterfalls.
