Sardinia and Corsica are two stunning and tranquil destinations in the Mediterranean. Sardinia is a bit larger than the state of Vermont, while Corsica is approximately twice the size of Rhode Island. These two places can be a great addition to a trip to France and Italy. However, because they are quite similar and close to each other, you might not want to visit both during one trip. The primary difference between them is that Sardinia is an Italian island, while Corsica is a French one.
